Louise Orbesen is founder and partner in ORBESEN, a strategy and leadership consultancy based in Copenhagen. ORBESEN wants to build better leadership, so that leaders can build better businesses. Louise Orbesen has more than 15 years experience within leadership and strategy from roles in management consulting (McKinsey & BCG), line management (Marketing Director, Arla Foods Canada and Executive Search (Principal, Heidrick & Struggles).
