World-Class Leaders - the will to leadThe Danish American Chamber of Commerce is proud to give you the opportunity to be inspired by and learn from Danish leadership expert, Sigfried W. Andersen. Don’t settle with being a manager, become a true leader. Andersen’s philosophy is that to become a leader of the future you must learn to adjust yourself to a leader’s universe. Leadership is first and foremost being able to guide yourself on the right path towards attaining your desired results, both personally and professionally. Secondly, true leadership is inspiring others to follow you. The purpose of leadership is change, hardship and sacrifice. A manager who just recites his bottom line is no leader, Andersen says. What he specializes in is identifying all the good traits, beliefs, and attitudes that can strengthen your pursuit of outstanding leadership. Sigfried W. Andersen is known in the international business community for carrying out Leadership training programs for more than 25 years. He has acted as Leadership consultant and educator to numerous Scandinavian, US and Asian companies including A.P. Møller Maersk, H. Lundbeck, Haldor Topsø, SAAB Defence, Singapore Computer Science, and IBM. Furthermore, he is the founder and CEO of the International Consulting and Training Group established in 1986 with more than 10.000 satisfied clients. The IC&TG consists of 8 partners and more than 70 associates including 7 excellent professors from international Business Schools in Australia, the US, Ireland, France and Switzerland. Location: Danish Consulate General, 885 Second Avenue (btw. 47th and 48th Streets), 18th Floor Fee: The fee for this meeting will be $35
